  • Within 03 days, if the product remains intact, ruoumam.com.vn will exchange for an equivalent product or one of equal value. The shipping fee for returns/exchanges must be covered by the customer.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must retain its original structure.

  • If promotional gifts are included, they must also remain intact.
