1. Shipping Policy

For Customers Within the City

Delivery method: Our delivery staff will deliver directly to you, or we will ship via third-party carriers (designated shipping companies).
Shipping fee: Calculated according to the carrier’s rates and notified to the customer in advance.
Delivery time: Within 24 hours.

Allocation of responsibilities of the merchant and logistics service providers regarding shipping documents during delivery and receipt:

  • ruoumam.com.vn is responsible for providing full and accurate documents related to the goods to the logistics provider and the recipient.

  • All orders are pre-packed and sealed by ruoumam.com.vn before shipment.

  • The carrier is only responsible for transporting the goods under the principle of “intact, original packaging,” and for providing a delivery note that includes: recipient information (name, phone number, delivery address) and product name.

  • The outer packaging of all orders includes recipient information: name, phone number, and delivery address.

  • To ensure goods safety, ruoumam.com.vn will include a valid sales slip inside the parcel (if applicable). After the customer confirms receipt, ruoumam.com.vn will issue an electronic invoice and send it to the customer’s provided email address.

  • The financial invoice or sales slip is the basis for handling complaints, such as determining the market value of the goods and ensuring lawful circulation of goods, etc.

Note on age verification (regulated products):
Before handing over the goods, the delivery staff will verify that the recipient is 18 years of age or older and that the recipient’s details match the order information. If the recipient is under 18, the order will be canceled. We are responsible for checking age in cases where there is doubt, and delivery will only be completed to recipients aged 18 or older.


For Customers Outside the Province

Delivery method: We will ship your order via interprovincial coach/truck services or other designated carriers.
Shipping fee: We will inform you of the shipping cost in advance.
Delivery time: Typically, within 24 hours of receiving the order information, we will process the order and respond with payment and delivery details. Delivery usually takes 2–7 days from the order confirmation date, or as agreed at checkout.

In some force majeure cases, delivery times may be longer, including but not limited to:

  • We are unable to reach the customer by phone, so delivery cannot proceed.

  • The delivery address provided is incorrect or difficult to locate.

  • A sudden surge in order volume causes delays in processing.

Age verification: As above, delivery staff will confirm the recipient is 18+ and that their information matches the order. Orders will be canceled if the recipient is under 18.


2. Product Inspection Policy

  • Upon delivery, you have the right to request the delivery staff to open the parcel for inspection.

  • If the delivered items do not match the order, you have the right to return the goods and refuse payment.

  • If you prepaid and the items are incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement matching the original order.
