The bright, delicate notes of apricot gradually mellow during the aging process, giving way to warm, rounded layers of flavor. This creates a well-balanced structure that deepens over time. The finish lingers gracefully, like the steady, resolute stride of a white stallion forging its own path.
The label artwork is a collaboration with artist Nguyễn Đoan Ninh. The image of a galloping white horse captures a strong sense of movement, serving as a visual signature of Mầm Distillery’s spirit of constant progress.
